Mark Zuckerberg is now planning to bring all social media versions in one place. Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp all will be integrated together. Hopefully, amalgamation is a successful one.

After so many social media networks competing to be on the top spot among millions of users. The biggest breaking news of 2019 is here to surprise and shock all social media marketers and users. Facebook will soon become the strongest of all social networks. When Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp, all three will come together under one umbrella and that umbrella will be none other but Facebook.

Initially, all the networks were directed to incorporate end-to-end- encryption policy to make the messaging procedure safe for the users. And now the unification of all three together will definitely increase the utility and impact of that one social network on billion users. With this in place, users from all over will get highly engaged and connected with one another. Facebook is looking forward to turning the messaging platform into the best communication experience for the users. The platform has to be more reliable, quick, simple and bigger. The technical team is working consistently to make the network stronger, end-to-end-encrypted and accessible to everyone across the globe.

These changes raise the question of doubt towards the data privacy and those users who prefer using WhatsApp and Messenger compartmentalized may not like the fact that all the contacts and followers are available on one single network. On this issue, there has been a long debate and discussion among the network experts and core team of Facebook and WhatsApp.

In terms of country-specific users, there is a segmentation of messaging apps. For instance, in China, WeChat made by Tencent is a popular messaging network, whereas in South America WhatsApp is the most used messaging app. Please note that in America, users are divided between Apple’s iMessage, Google chat apps and SMS.

Therefore, as per the industry experts, integration of WhatsApp, messenger, and Instagram will become a money-making business venture and a million users will automatically be multiplied to billions. Currently, WhatsApp users are more than 1.5 billion, while Instagram has over 1 billion monthly active users.

For now, there is no hard and fast plan formulated by Facebook, but the integration seems to take over soon. This will also lead to new advertising possibilities and the marketing scenario will also change. Facebook will definitely charge a fee for advertising, as this will become a great mode of profit generation. For instance, the already popular and successfully running feature of Facebook is Facebook’s Marketplace. It is a free craigslist like a product catalog, from where one can select and buy the products. This marketplace is going to be a big market outside the United States for advertising and marketing purpose. Buyers and sellers on Facebook Marketplace will eventually get a bigger network to communicate using WhatsApp or Messenger. And the South Asia market will get new ad opportunities and growth with the collaboration of all three.
